Leaking Sunroof 900 1997

My wife found a piece of rubber from what appears to be from somewhere off of the sunroof. I can not find a place where it seems to match up. She claims that it was found on the rear area hanging from the roof. We have now developed a leak in the latest rainstorm. Any ideas as to where to look for the leak? The glass seems to be set evenly into the housing and seals are not worn from the outside. I have heard that this is a problem thought someone might have a place for me to start looking.
