Help-Engine just stopped-started right back 200 1987

My 240 had been running flawlessly.Now without warning the engine just quits. It doesn't stutter or stall, it just goes off and I can immediately restart it.

I replaced the fuel pump relay but that didn't solve the problem. Trouble is, it doesn't not restart,so I can't find the problem

All suggestions will be appreciated
