Pulsing brakes, found siezed caliper slide pin. 900

I've been having this incessant problem with pulsating brakes immediately after replaceing very worn rotors and pads with a set of Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors and Mintex/TME pads. I exchanged the first set of rotors thinking they were defective but the problem started very soon after with the second set. I checked runout with a dial indicator and I dont see any runout at all on both sides. SO I decided to take the caliper off the bracket to see what the pads look like and I found one of the slide pins to be completely frozen. The brake pads on that side are wearing a bit crooked as a result. Could that be the source of my pulsation? Seriously at 75-80mph it shakes the steering wheel so bad that it feels kinda dangerous. Almost every other front end component is new. Ball joints, control arm stay bushings, inner and outer tie rods, struts, etc...

Thanks
