Rear speakers 900

One of my rear speakers (located under the rear window shelf) sounds horrible. Not sure if right channel of the amplifier is bad, or the speaker itself is problem. Was planning to substitute a good speaker to test, but I can't figure out how to remove the speaker.

This is my first Volvo with factory rear speakers and they are really in there!
