960 Seat problem 900

Hi all, I checked the archive and FAQ and found some info but not a definitive fix. My driver seat front back motor works with the switch but only the left track moves. The right (inner) track is stopped. It seems to be clear but it is stopped. Is there a fix that someone has performed? Do I need a new motor/cable? Thanks for the info, Paul
