Source for Shift Knob Cap 200 1978

I have a '78 262 with an M46. The original shifter cap gave up the ghost and the one I got from Groton is a bit different from the original. The original had the shift pattern recessed into the knob, the one from Groton has the shift pattern painted on a non-recessed knob. The paint is already wearing off after only a month. Does anyone know of a source for an "original" type M46 shift knob cap (shift pattern recessed into cap)? Thanks
