DOWN PIPE REMOVAL ? PLEASE HELP 200

i just have some questions regarding some exhaust work i have to remove my old down pipe from the manifold and i dont want to break or crack the manifold i dont care about the down pipe as i am going to replace this and the cat everything else is brand new from the cat back and the manifold was resealed 2 weeks ago ... WHATS THE PROPER WAY TO REMOVE THIS PIPE AND WHAT AM I GOING TO NEED TO INSTALL THE NEW PIPE AND CAT
