Hi All,

I survived a broken timing belt, managed to change it and even get the car running. I'm afraid I have a little pin/slug that was left sitting in the lower timing cover though when I was finished.

I think I better get this back in before something really bad happens. Where might it have come from?

It is pop can shaped and only about 1/2 inch long
