Power window puzzle... 700 1986

Hi Guys,

I have a puzzling problem with one of my rear power windows, it will only work with the driver's door switch. I took the rear door panel off, swapped in 3 other known "good" switches, with no luck, and checked all the wires (they look good)... What am I missing???
