Hello, I am trying to determne if my kickdown cable is bad. When I turn the throttle spool by hand when the engine is cold, the throttle cable does not retract back into the housing, does that identify that the kickdown cable on the bottom of the spool is bad? Any inof on this would be greatly appreciated! Noel Smith Morrow, Ohio
