high beams/exhaust 1800 1969

I know this is a pretty basic question, but... I just bought a 1969 1800 (this week), and I love it so far. One problem though. For the life of me, I cannot figure out how to turn off my high beams. All kidding aside... little help?

Any good reccomendations on exhaust systems? Mine has aftermarket muffler and resonator, currently sounds like I'm driving a Yamaha, not a Volvo. Thanks for the help! Anyone in Maryland or specifically the Annapolis area?
