Brick still fails emissions 200 1988

Thinks for all the help on helping my DL pass emissions, but it didnt help enough. The pervious post was here:
http://brickboard.com/RWD/index.htm?id=870022
This time it did worse EXECPT for the NOx, I got it to pass that with ease, the only thing I have done that wasnt said on the last post was added some Techron and clean the TB.
Here are the results:
25/25 Test
Read. All.
HC 472 162
CO 5.78 1.04
NOx 552 1163
50/15 Test
HC 480 167
CO 6.22 0.94
NOx 485 1273

As you can till it got worse execpt for the NOx, the emissions guy says it needs a new O2 sensor and the intake needs to be cleaned and rechange the oil due to the fuel being so rich. Dose this sound right and if so how hard is it to clean the intake? Can a avarge weekend DIY do it or should it be left to the pros for $70.00+? And where is the best brand and place to get a O2 sensor? I have replace countless O2 sensors but they were all on GM cars and I know the sensor is the main cause of rich and lean fuel.

Thanks,
Ace
