I have a set Of Coronas on my '91 240 that I recently had mounted after buying them from the local pick and pull. I now want to clean them up a little better than what they are and was also thinking about applying a clearcoat on them after cleaning to give them a brighter look. Can this be done effectively without taking them back off of the car and without removing the tires??
