Are Scantech springs any good? McQuay Norris Variable springs any better? 200 1988

Havent posted in a while, but I need some help deciding what to do here. I have a '88 245 DL (the wagon, for those who don't know the 245 designation) and after 213,000 miles the rear end is definately beginning to show it's age as it inevitably gives in to gravity. I just replaced the trailing arm bushings, so I know it's the springs causing it. My questions is this:

Scantech springs seem to be the cheapest, has anyone used them? If so, are they any good? Better than stock?

While we're on the topic, anyone used McQuay Norris springs? Variable rate sounds appealing, but only if they actually are quality parts.

Anything would help!
