Used engine oil, now engine won't rev much 200

I needed some oil quick, so I grabbed a milk jug full of used oil in my garage to top off the oil on my 82 245, and now the thing can barely start and has a hard time accelorating to 15 in first gear. What the heck happened? I don't hear any weird sounds or nothing.
