Just put my 93 940 Wagon up for sale. Has only 109K with most of the major stuff done.(radiator, rotors, new muffler etc...)Bought a 98 V90 with 88K on it.
The V90 was in excellent condition on the exterior and the interior is like new.
Engine is fine: about 700 miles and no sign of leaks or burning oil.
There is definitely a difference in the ride between these two models. The most noticable to me is the weight difference. The V90 feels quite a bit heavier.
I'll miss that 940 though. A simple but reliable creature. In the end, I got what I wanted. The last year of the RWD's in great condition with relatively low miles at a good price(paid $7600 for the V90). I still have my kids 94 940 sedan to banter about this forum with(and my V90 to an extent).
Keep the faith!
