My '95 964 seems to have horrible rear-wheel traction. Lighter in the a$$ end than my old 240. If there's the least bit of moisture on the roadway, the least little blip of the gas pedal on a turn will break loose the rear end in a second. I tried to accelerate hard from a virtual stop on the interstate last night to pull out into traffic, and I just sat there spinning. (Fortunately the truck stopped !).
Tread depth is fine (Yokohamas). I do think my shocks are getting weak (110K), but I can't imagine that would cause this severe a problem. Is this car just normally this light in the tail, and I just have to buy a few bags of Quik-rete to weight her down ???
