Clutch cable 200 1991

I have a 91 240, i was driving down the road, shifted (5 speed) and when i let the clutch peadel back out it snapped down to the floor. i coasted about 100 feet, pulled it out of gear and pulled over. I have just recently tightened the clutch cable to prevent slippage of the clutch. So i figure this is the problem. I looked at the bellhousing of the transmission (where the cable is attached to the metal thing), well the cable has snapped right there.


Ive looked everywhere for this part and everyone says "dealer only part" so i called best volvo and they want a LOT of money for it that i just dont have. so is there anyone who wants to help a poor college kid out and has a parts car thats a 5-speed? i am willing to pay but not over $100 for a cable...
