Help!!! - Found ground signal on Oxygen Sensor connector 200 1983

Hi,
It's me again, My brick 240 turbo 83 today I see black smoke, and very poor performance. Right now I inspect what is the problem and I make a test to ground the oxygen sensor to see if changes something (Oxygen sensor disconnected)and is the same rpm. I test using a ohmimeter and there is ground on the connector. I disconnect the ecu and the ground disapear. My question is: Is this normal? what is the next step?
