Stumbling when wet 200 1989

After sitting in the rain, my engine really stumbles. After it is good and warm it runs fine. I assume that the heat will evaporate whatever moisture is causing this. Ambient temperature doesn't affect it.

Plug wires?

Distributor Cap?
