Spark Plug gap 200 1989

One thing you can do is get a spray bottle and start the car a mist the spark plug wires and see if you can duplicate the problem. If so you can replace them and that should take care of your problem. Also you can start the car at night wwith the hood raised and see if you see any arching. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
