Bogs down when partially cooled down 200 1990

My silver beauty is beeing tempramental.

When starting it cold it runs fine.

When starting hot it runs fine.

When restarting after it sits about an hour starts fine, but bogs down when I try to accelerate. It continues this until it warms up about a mile later. This only happens in cold weather 35 degrees F or less. Where do I start looking?
