Is it normal that there is absolutely no change in the idle when I pull the #3 Injector connector? I can detect a change in the idle when I pull #1,2 & 4

There is a definite 'miss' at idle when I have all connectors plugged in. Car runs fine otherwise, with decent acceleration and top end power.
