Does the 02 sensor receive power to the heater element only when the engine is actually running, or should there be power there even when just when the ignition is on?
I have been informed that my car preceded the issue of heated 02 sensors, however I do indeed have a heated sensor and the appropriate harness. Perhaps it is peculiar to Canadian issued 84 B23F's.
The issue is that in spite of indeed having all the accoutrements, I can detect no power to the sensor with just the ignition swiched on.
