more problems with 940... :( 900

so its starting fine, but now when i turn on the windshield washer it blows the fuse, and the intermittent wiper feature is not really working. they kind of come on with a spazstic wipe/stop thing. i put another fuse in the washer slot,and POP!

this better be another relay!
