pulling 960 tranny, flex plate bolt access? 900

What's the best access route and tooling to undo the torque converter to flex plate bolts to pull the tranny. I don't have any literature. Some cars you can go through the starter port but obviously not this one. Any hints for this operation? Rear main seal is leaking badly. Happy new year to all.
