Car won't start. Replaced FI 25 amp fuse and holder under hood. replaced brain, checked for spark and have it, could smell fuel, so I believe fuel pump is operational. (also hear hum). Though it may be wet distributor, dried, no go. Car cranks, but just won't turn over. HELP, Thanks
