Heater Box Bushings 120-130

Does anyone have a source for the plastic bushings on the heater box door rods? I'm rebuilding a unit for my 67 and I broke the bushings while I was taking them out. I have a couple junk ones which I can attempt to get the bushings out of but I'm afraid they will break as well.
