No-start, No spark, 940 SE, Bosch system 900 1991

Stopped dead in the road in downtown driving, no fire at the coil secondary, but voltage on the primaries. Have replaced coil, RPM sensor, and power stage, no effect. Fuel pumps start up fine.

Does anyone have any ideas for other things to check? I hate to replace the ignition ECU unless that's really where I am at.
