Need info on 240 manual steering racks 200

Who knows stuff about these things? I am ordering one for my car, but having trouble finding out when things changed around, and if the newer models sold today completely replace any manual racks from any 240 from 75-84. I am in the process of converting my 91 240 to manual steering, but need to order a new rack.

One rack that comes up that is at a good price matches the part number on an older steering rack that went with the solid steering shaft, the non-rubber coupling. That lists 1205650 MEYLE MANUAL RACK 240/260 75-84... Now it is at a good price with no core charge, but I have no clue if that will work, as its part number doesn't match up with things. Now the rack that FCPgroton sells is listed as "4091 Rebuilt Manual Steering Rack 76-81 $189.00 $75.00 Core Atlantic Enterprises ".

which do I believe? Which rack should I buy. I need it to work with the updated steering shaft that uses the rubber insert coupling, instead of the solid metal pipe.
