Best liniks for replacing 780 balljoints 700

I would like to replace me 780 balljoints. Could someone please provide the best links for the project I worry that the strut assembly will move to quickly on me. How much downward travel is possible once you unscrew the balljoints..thanks in advance.....Jeffrey
