idle control valve question 700 1990

My idle control valve has been acting up lately, I've dealt with these a little on Saabs and my question is how many different styles were used on a 1990 740 GL, B230F?
Mine is a VDO and it looks like it's saying a VDO p/n is 408 202/008/005, it also says "Volvo 1389 557", if that helps.
I've seen a couple on ebay but they have a fatter shorter body, mine is longer a skinnier.
