Engine Swap... 700

I have an 89 760 Turbo with a bad engine. I purchased another complete turbo engine and was told it was from an 89 model also. But I have already found some differences....

The fuel rails are different...one has a connection on it just in front of #4 injector...the old original motor does not have this connection....can I just swap the fuel rails?

Also I think the orginal motor has a hall effect sensor on the dist....and the new one has an RPM senson on the flywheel....do these require differenct comuters or can I make then work with the computer that is still in the car?
