Intermittent tail light problem 200

Hi all,
I'm having this problem with my left tail running light where it will go out Intermittently, I've consulted the fuse panel (I learned soon after getting my 240 that most problems are fixed here) and it said that the left and right side rear lights are running on diff. fuses, the left one runs on the same circuit as the liscence plate lamps and they are working fine when the tail lamp is not, any thoughts?
