No air flow through car. 200 1983

I don't know why I don't have air flow through my car, all of my other 240's there is always good air flow, even without the fan running. This car has none and I mean that if a window is not open, there is no air flow at all, so I always have to have the fan running. Is there an air vent, in the back, or somewhere that could be plugged. Then again, it may be the inlet vent too. Any experience with poor air flow?
