In Need of serious advice with steering. Bad alignment ? 200

So here is the deal . I have an 1984 volvo 24gl. Long story short. I purchased a few monthes ago . I replaced fluids and belts and unfortuanetly had to do the rack . 1 week after purchase some idiot cut me off running a red . I hit my brakes so hard I had smoke coming off all tires. I luckily cleared the car and avoided ne damage. At this point my brakes did't feel as good.I flushed and replaced the front calipers loaded.A few weeks or so later ( and a few brake tests) I now have various steering /problems. I had my alignment done and my caster is 2.6 left and 3.6 right /nom is 3.5 witha min 3.0 . My camber is .3 left and -.01 right min .25 nom .63 toe is good. My cross caster is below spec. -.09 min -.50. the alignment guy inspected the front end . says it good. My independant volvo/saab guy did a second look and agres.I have not had the rear end inspected but i have done basic inspectin and appears ok. The volvo guy says to leave it it;s not that bad. But I drive alot and it is rather annoying/unsafe. Yet the car wanders left with a slight pull. And when I brake it shimmys and slightly pulls left. IT feels loose on the left turns.

Could this be bad rotors/ could this bear the rear end. Where do I start now and .
This car has low 98000 miles and is immaculate .I really wanna make her perfect . But i am loosing faith . as I discovered semi bad wiring harnes. leaky taillighs and bad driveshaft suppourt. Fluctuating gauges(bad wiring) and misc other problems / I love her and she is my first volvo help please.
