Brake tension on Caliper 200

I just put new pads all around on my 1990 240. Prior to this the thing would squeak, squeel and sometimes make moaning sounds at low speeds. I had tried bleeding brakes per my own knowledge with out any change. Then I read a post that said bleed the brakes in this wild order called the "Bentley" and it seems fine. My question is how easy should it be to spin your tire with the car obviously off the ground after bleeding the brakes. Should there be some pressure there or should it spin easily.
