1990 240 Starting Problem 200 1990

I have a 1990 240 that is having trouble starting when there is moisture in the air. After a snow storm or when it is raining outside. The car turns over just fine but will not fire. Eventually when something dries out? the car starts! Also the ignition switch is usually easy to turn but when turning it over and over again I find it harder and harder to turn it. Could the switch be going bad? Is the fuel pump going bad? Or possibly wires getting moisture on them that won't feed properly? Help!
