Secondary Air Injection Malfunction OBD II code P0410 - how do I fix this? S90-V90 1998

I just read the string about OBD II Diagnostic codes "P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction". I have the following questions:
1. Where are the vacuum return lines which I need to inspect for cracks/etc when I get this code?
2. What are the parts I need to replace for this error code if I can not find a leak?
3. Where do I find a repair manual good enough to help me through 2?
