Humming Noise while accelerating. 200 1987

I was driving this morning and I started hearing a humming noise while I was pressing down on the accelerater. It sounds like the noise when you blow on the top of a coke bottle. It happens whenever the rpms go up in drive or in nutrual. Thank you with any help you can give me and I'll give you more information if you ask.
