ok. the history. i bought a 1983 242DL with a spare engine for 400 bux. the computer in the car was bad so i replaced the computer. car still wouldnt start. plugs were shot so i replaced the cap, rotor button, plugs, coil and wires. now when i try to start the car i can hear popping from the intake and exhaust and the thing just doesnt go.
