head compatibility, K-cam 200

I have two cars with B230F engines with the K-cam. I know of an engine on an '86 that may wind up at the crusher. It's sticker doesn't say K, so I believe it has the older cam. I'm thinking of taking the head from that engine if it would get crushed anyway. Just to have as a spare. I would want to just clean it up, and maybe get it resurfaced to make a quick swap some day when I need a head gasket job. Not do any serious work on it.

Does anyone know if there is there is any difference between an '86 head and the one's on my '89 240 or my '91 740 with Regina?
