need some assisstance with fixing a wrecked 960 900 1992

Hi. I was wondering if anyone wouldn't mind helping me with some advice as to how to go about repairing this 1992 960 that was hit in the front passenger quad. it needs new quarter panel lights, radiator, hood. but, i'm not sure where to begin. i especially need some help with the fender part. i've heard that it needs a new inner structure but i'm not even sure what that is and how to go about with that part. i'm pretty sure i can handle the lights, radiator, and hood but this inner structure thing's got me kinda baffled...i'd appreciate it if anyone could shed some light on this for me. thanks, rich.

by the way- i tried to post a pic but it's too big. anyway, i'm sure you can imagine what it must look like
