240 gl suspension questions 200 1983

So I want to get a little more ground clearance for my 240 wagon (83). Ive done some searching around, and have found that I could either go with a diesel spring up front, or go with a spring adjuster. anyone have any advice on this topic? and what is the best way to do the rear end, since its not a coil over setup back there?
