Yellowish innards S90-V90 1997

Can anyone help me with this puzzle?

Replacement engine has been fitted with BG MOA in the oil and a Mann? filter.

After 1k miles, the oil appears clean but what I can see of camshaft, etc under the oil filler cap seems to be coated in a dark yellow film. This film is on the bottom of the oil filler cap too and is not wiped off easily.

Any thing to be wooried about?
