i think i'm in deep water. i tried getting the rear main seal out but i ended up having to take out the whole seal casing. i got the new seal in, even put some indian gasket sealant on the outside of the seal and casing. upon reasembly, i started torqing down the bolts on the flywheel, but noticed the 3" circular washer was not sitting down all the way on the flywheel. took it all off and gave the crankshaft a few whacks, then noticed upon reassembly that the flywheel was now against the housing on the rear of the engine. i guess i have to get a wheel puller and draw it out again. do i have to take off the seal housing, or can i just use the bolt holes on the the rear of the crank? i knew i should have left well enough alone! thanks in advance for your help!
