checking compression on B230F need ref range and thread size 700

I am about to check the compression on my B230F 8 valve.
Can someone tell me the reference range for this engine?

What type of pressure difference will tell me their may be a head gasget problem?

Is the thread size 14mm as the gauge I have is that size?
