where is the 'beam length regulator' 700 1991

HI.
Im lookin for my "beam length regulator" which is a little gizmo that is part of the instrument light circuit in the dash. Anyone kwow where this device is located? it should have a white wire and a blue wire coming out of it and be somewhere in the dash.
