A/C Receiver Dryer Freezing Over 700 1988

I have a 1988 780 with @ 267,000 miles (B280F is Good!). The Receiver Dryer ? (metal cylinder close to the firewall) is freezing, coating itself with frost, when running the A/C. Any ideas guys ? I have done some looking online and not found much of use.
