What is the easiest way to flush my power steering system? 700

Does anyone know of the easiest way to flush my power steering system? I was thing about detaching one of the lines at the reservoir, however I am unsure as to which of the 2 is the return line. Also how many qts of Dexron III will be needed. I plan on using synthetic ATF. Also what size hose would I need to drain and to replace the rubber hose. Thanks in Advance!
